WASH INSTRUCTIONS
We are aware of how frustrating it
may be to take out your whites from the wash only to discover that a stray red
sock has coloured them pink. Or after numerous washes, your favourite
light-colored top turned out dull. It can be due to insufficient information if
you experience numerous issues with your garments after they have gone through
the laundry facility. Laundry sorting correctly can appear to be a mystery, but
by according to the straightforward advice, you can put an end to all such
errors.
The first step is to ensure that clothing should be sorted
by color, fabric type, and washing requirements.
Never Ignore the Label
Always reading the care
directions before laundering anything is the best wash advice we can give.
Important details like whether the item can be machine washed, what temperature
to use, and how to dry the cloth are shared on the label. Never disregard
clothing labels that state "wash separately," "hand wash only,"
or "dry clean only."
Color Sorting
Deeply coloured clothing is more likely to bleed and run when washed. Sorting your clothing by colour and putting dark, medium, and light colours together will help you keep your whites and light-colored items in good condition.
Fabric Sorting
You can further sort each pile by type of fabric. In the
white/light-colored collection, divide shirts from bottoms. In the dark colors,
separate out shirts from bottoms again.
As a rule of thumb never wash your clothes with towels to limit
the lint. Also, run the washing machine without load after washing items which
have heavy lint.
THE GOLDEN TIP
To increase the life of your attires we strongly recommend
hand wash with a mild detergent.
The delicate fabrics or garments that you purchase from
Fashion form Ornare our recommendation is to send them for dry- cleaning and
nothing else. Delicate fabrics include: chiffon, organza, net, and all silk,
georgette, luxury / premium cotton lawn, etc.
For fabrics which are in dark colours and superior cottons
for all such type first time dry- clean followed by gentle hand wash is
advisable.
THE SILVER LINING
Make sure to “ONLY STEAM IRON” products that have organza patches
on them.
