Unfortunately, without a parcel opening video, accompanied by a sill photograph clearly highlighting the defects or incorrect item; no claim shall be considered for refund.
 
We do offer a 10 Days Returns Policy nevertheless, we work unconditionally and uncompromisingly to achieve 0% return of product and 100% return of buyers.


RETURNS POLICY
 
NOTICE: 
Once, the package has been received, kindly record and share a full 360 degree video of the package being opened without any pausing, trimming, or making any other editable cuts to make certain that the opening is clearly apparent.


As per our 10 days return policy, (a return request is supposed to be raised on the same day on which the order was received). This is one of the primary requirements in order to initiate the return.
 
UN- HAPPY WITH PURCHASE– WE SHALL ACCEPT RETURNS AS PER THE POLICY GUIDELINES GIVEN BELOW:
 
Items for which Returns are allowed: 
All items which are in- stock and unstitched such as: unstitched salwar suits, unstitched kurtis, sarees, dupattas and unstitched lehengas from any category are permitted for return. All the above mentioned products shall not be permitted for return if they were out- of- stock for which request had been generated since, all those items were exclusively sourced on the request of the buyer.

If notified on the same day of delivery, only dress material that is unused and unstitched may be returned.
Return pick up shall not be arranged by FFO. The onus shall lie on the customer to return the parcel and ensure the complete product has been handed over to the delivery partner for return which should reach us within 10 days from the date of delivery.

(The standard process of return is as follows: The customer needs to courier the entire product which must be unused, unwashed and all the tags/ inlays are kept intact along with the product. Once the courier it shall be sent for the quality check which will be conducted by our quality assurance team at the Returns Desk, upon which the final decision shall be taken).  
 
The quality assurance team at FFO shall inspect the item and the reason of return upon receiving the returned product.
Upon successful approval from the quality assurance team at FFO, post which Fashion from Ornare shall initiate the refund process and the transfer shall be done within 7 working days.
In case where the quality assurance team does not approve the reason of return for any reason, the item shall be re- sent as received by FFO.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer.

The Items for which Returns are not allowed:

·         All items which are stitched, prêt collection or custom stitched all such products fall in the category of non- refundable and are strictly non- returnable under any circumstance. Even though the reason of return is incorrect size or fit.

·         Fragrances, masks and stitched or made to order suits cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

·         Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out, uneven edges of dupatta, difference in shade, less fabric will not be considered as a faulty or a defective product. 

 

Expenditure on Shipping (Logistics Cost): 

We at Fashion from Ornare have offered the 10 days return policy in order to provide our customers the benefit of returning a product where the product does not caters to the requirements of the buyer. However, considering the cost of return from our standpoint we are unable to offer free of cost returns shipping because providing you with FREE SHIPPING in the first place increases our expenses. Therefore, the returning of the product is the sole responsibility of the customer. We shall accept and consider the return provided the returned parcel is received within 10 days from the date of accepting the submission of the return request. In case where the product does not reach us within 10 days from the date of approval of the return request in all such cases the parcel shall not be considered for refund and shall be sent back to the customer, in the same state as it was received by the QA team at Fashion from Ornare.  We know that you shall appreciate that in today’s time where everything comes at a cost, may it be the swiping of the credit card, COD or even the courier service the amount of expense gets doubled while processing a return.  

This understanding from your side will surely go a long way to ensure that we keep minimal margins on our online stocks by passing on the entire benefit to our customers. We even have the widest range of colour selection to choose the exact colour. Even then, if in case due to technical reasons such as: the resolution of your phone or laptop or monitor, please note that the www.fashionfromornare.in does not give any sort of color or shade guarantee of the fabrics. All complaints related to color or difference in shade, it is advisable to connect with the respective designer directly.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

Please upload the opening video of the item and courier bag if you believe you have gotten the erroneous or incorrect goods so we can address the situation with the delivery service. To submit the claim to the courier service, we require this. We won't be able to accept a return or a claim of receiving the wrong product if the video is not available.

DAMAGED/ INCOMPLETE ITEM RECEIVED
If you believe you have received a damaged item, please give us the item's opening video and the courier bag so we can file a claim with the delivery service.
