CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Order: Fashion from
Ornare
Any order placed for a product that is offered at an
inaccurate price, unserviceable COD, delay in stock arrival, or for any other
reason may be refused or cancelled by www.fashionfromornare.in and the customer shall be informed with the stated reason via an
e- mail. The cancellation shall hold true regardless of whether the order has
been verified and/or payment has been received. The consumer will receive a 100%
refund in such case (in accordance with the returns policy). In the mean time
the customer is free to re- order.
Cancellation by Customer
Sadly, once the order has been placed, we will not be able
to cancel it. Whether an order is "Under Process" or "Shipped,"
this still holds true.
International Order (Shipped out of
India)
We regretfully cannot cancel, exchange,
or return any orders that are dispatched outside of India.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds of your order will be done in form
of returning the amount as per the returns policy. 100% refund will be done
only if the order has been cancelled by Fashion from Ornare.
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped, the tracking of your order is
available under Manage Orders in My Account at www.fashionfromornare.in. Please be aware that once the shipping label is created, the
tracking information system on www.fashionfromornare.in is technically integrated with the website of the courier service
provider and typically takes 2- 8 business hours to update. Please note that
the order status may show “Processing” till the time the order is undelivered.
Our system integrated and system-generated returns policy makes
the refund process incredibly straightforward.
