COURIER TRACKING GUIDE
In
order to provide a one stop solution to all our customers; the website of FFO has
integrated the courier partners’ website which assists not only FFO but also
their clients to check the delivery status of their ordered products.
This updation of delivery can be viewed by logging into the “My Account” section
under manage orders. Real time automatic updates are available in order to
offer seamless delivery.
Once
the order is ready for pick up and it reaches the dispatch desk of FFO; the
dispatch desk team activates our online integrated supply chain system and an
alert is notified to the relevant courier partner for the pickup of the
consignment. Following are the status which then is automated on the FFO
website by the shipping partners for customer information:
- Manifested- The order for pick up has
been received by the shipping partner
- Ready to Ship- The request has been assigned
for pick up
- Scheduled
for Pick up-
Pick up boy of the shipping partner has collected the consignment
- In- transit- Is when the physical stock
movement is taking place
- Out for delivery- After reaching the intended
location of delivery the consignment has been picked up by the delivery boy for
hand over
- Delivered- Once the consignment has been successfully handed over and the receiving acknowledgement has been provided by the intended receiver
