STITCHING SERVICE AT FASHION FROM
ORNARE
If
Shopping should be a delightful experience, then even submitting measurements
should also be pleasurable!
We
understand that not everyone has their measurements readily available at all
times therefore; we offer a maximum
of 7 days to submit measurements after purchase. Stitching service is
of importance to us and thus, we consider a minimum of 2- 3 weeks is a reasonable
time for stitching a product after stitching measurements are received.
In
case, the client is unable to submit measurements within 7 days upon purchase,
Fashion from Ornare shall proceed with the dispatching of the purchased product
without stitching and the amount paid for stitching shall be refunded by
Fashion from Ornare.

THE PROCESS OF SUBMISSION OF MEASUREMENTS
When measurements are available with the customer while placing the order:
Every time when an order is successful processed the website confirms the order by showing the order confirmation page, which has the order number, date of delivery, etc. If stitching service has been opted at the time of purchase then an additional button shall appear on this order confirmation page which is: “Submit Measurements”. If the measurements are readily available while successfully placing your order, then by clicking, “Submit Measurements” the website will open a new page where the measurements can be submitted.
Measurements NOT available at the time of placing the order:
If the measurements are unavailable at the time of purchase, in such case the measurements can be submitted within 7 days from the time of placing the order by visiting our “Submit Measurements with Us” section under “Stitching Service” which is in “FFO Cares”.
Alternatively, login to your account, and under manage orders tap on the button: [Add/ View Measurements Submission Status] to update your measurements within 7 days from the date of purchase.
In order to make the submission of measurements easy: Both "Ready-Made Size" and "Custom-Made Size" Options are available under the same heading, "Submit Measurements with Us."
Option-1
For convenience, the customers can choose and submit their required size basis the standard size chart. In case further understanding is required a standard size chart with measurements is also available for reference.
Options-2
For custom- made stitching all the measurements is to be filled compulsorily. Therefore, we suggest that before entering one may cross check with their tailors/ boutique owners before entering the measurements with us.
Upon selecting the stitching option during purchase, the selected product is made to measure by specialized teams, who have expertise in handling the dress materials, the patches in Pakistani Suits, the variety of styles and their cuts to offer you that perfectly fitted dress you expect of Fashion from Ornare. Equal attention is given to details while handling Indian ethnic wear.
Terms & Conditions:
· The stitching service is available for all In- Stock products only.
· Since, extreme care on detailing is taken while stitching thus; the dispatch of the stitched dress shall be on or before 21 days from the time of placing the stitching measurements.
· The team at FFO have taken immense effort to upload clear open picture/s as well as a video to provide a complete understanding of the entire product in relation to the various accessories and other items of interest such as, laces, tassels, etc provided by the designer.
· In the event, where the accessories or fabrics or laces etc., as illustrated in the catalogue images are either not enough or are not included in the package of the product by the company, our stitching partners work at their best to offer the ready dress closest to the concept of the designer as shown in the catalogue image.
· All
custom- made dresses dispatched by FFO (Fashion from Ornare) are sewed with
linings, if required. In case lining is not included in the package of the
product, complimentary linings are provided by FFO when stitching option is
selected while placing the order request.
· FFO
(Fashion from Ornare) withdraws the right to cancel, refund or alteration of any
or all products with stitching request. Once selected, the stitching service is
non- refundable at any stage. Attempt for cancellation shall not be entertained
under any circumstance. No alteration request post ordering or delivery shall
be acknowledged.
· The
use of the stitching service is completely at your own risk. FFO shall not be
held responsible at any point in case of any dissatisfaction faced upon the use
of this service.
·
Stitching
service is only available for orders which are pre-paid and not for orders
which are bought with COD facility.
· Dispatch
of the order for which stitching was opted the minimum time shall be 7 days to
a maximum of 21 days irrespective whether the product is delivered stitched or
not. Once the product is selected with stitching the item moves into the
stitching category automatically. Irrespective whether we receive the
measurements in time or not since the product has already been sent for stitching
therefore, the dispatch process and time line shall remain unchanged.
